1. Agreement to terms
By accessing or using Zetior (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Use of the Service
You may use the Service only in compliance with these terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for your account, your content, and all activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to misuse the Service, including by sending unsolicited messages or violating the policies of any integrated provider (including the WhatsApp Business Cloud API and Meta platform policies).
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
5. Intellectual property
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and remain the exclusive property of Zetior and its licensors.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for conduct that violates these terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or the Service.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zetior shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
